Texas Skilled Nursing Facility Sold

DALLAS, TX - October 15, 2003--CLW Health Care Services Group and Henry S. Miller Commercial Company are proud to announce that Allen McMurtry , Director of CLW Health Care Services Group, and Robert M. Stone, Executive Vice President of Henry S. Miller, represented the Receiver, Tri Health Services, Inc. in the sale of Park Place of Tyler (118 beds), located in Tyler, Texas. The facility was sold to a private investment group led by Robert S. Greenlaw.  The facility will be operated by Phoenix Care Consultants LLC, a local long term care company headed up by Jenny King.  CLW Health Care Services Group is a division of CLW Real Estate Services Group, a national, commercial real estate firm providing Investment Sales, multi-market tenant representation, consulting services, project management, and construction services throughout the United States .
