J&S Fletcher Family Partners Purchases Retail/Restaurant Development

DALLAS, TX - October 15, 2003 --J & S Fletcher Family Partners of Denton, Texas has purchased land located at Hwy. 35 between Teasley and Sam Bass Rd. in Denton.  The vacant land ready for development measures 1.903 acres and will be the future home for retail and restaurants.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser.  Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
