Oshman's Leases 40,542 sf at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing

DALLAS, TX - October 15, 2003--Oshman’s, a sporting goods store, has leased 40,542 square feet of space from Weber Development Company at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing Shopping Center.  The center is located at the southwest corner of Pleasant Run and HWY 67 in Dallas .  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Steve Lieberman and Terry Sigler represented the tenant.
