Hollywood Entertainment Corp. Leases 6,292 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 20, 2003--Hollywood Entertainment Corporation has leased 6,292 square feet at Main Street Center in Frisco.  The space will be used for a video store and the landlord is Regency Centers, L.P.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Ernie Kennedy of Regency Centers represented the landlord.
