Regions Bank Leases 6,300 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 20, 2003--Regions Bank has leased 6,300 square feet of space at 4020 Preston Road in Plano .  The landlord is Benton Rutledge Properties.  Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Lem Miller of Sandia Properties represented the landlord.
