DALLAS, TX - October 20, 2003--Regions Bank has leased .898 acres of land for a bank branch location at Hwy. 287 & Debbie Lane in Mansfield .  The landlord is MTC Mansfield Towne Crossing, L.P. c/o Weber Company.  Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  John Weber, Jr. of Weber & Co. represented the landlord.
