1031 Exchange Buyer Purchases Woodward Plaza

DALLAS, TX - October 20, 2003--A 1031 exchange buyer has purchased Woodward Plaza Shopping Center in Woodward , Oklahoma . The center, which is a Walmart outparcel, totals 21,000 square feet.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Clara Brandon represented the purchaser.
