Alamo Optical Leases 2,000 sf in Austin

AUSTIN, TX - October 23, 2003--Alamo Optical has leased 2000 square feet of space at North Park Shopping Center, 9300 N. Lamar, from Central Texas Retail Portfolio, L. P. The space will be used as a medical office.  Grace Young of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer, and Cencor Realty Services represented the landlord.
