American Woodmark Corporation Leases 3,750 sf

HOUSTON, TX - October 23, 2003--Midway Commerce Park Properties has leased 3,750 square feet to American Woodmark Corporation.  The property is located at 8801 Jameel, suite 150 , and the cabinet manufacturing company hopes to use the property for their cabinet distribution.  Darren O’Conor of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the American Woodmark Corporation.  John Duffie of Midway Companies represented Midway Commerce Park Properties.
