Coppel Construction Sells Building on 3.2 Acres

DALLAS, TX - October 23, 2003--Paul C. Guzik bought a 4,315 square foot building on 3.2 acres of land from Coppell Construction Company.  The land is located at 997 E. Main Street .  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, and Alex Payne of Scott Brown Properties represented the buyer.
