Homan Tire, Ltd. Leases 17,570 sf at Market Street in Houston

HOUSTON, TX - October 23, 2003--Homann Tire, Ltd. has leased 17,570 square feet from Glen Snider at 7809 Market Street in Houston.  The space was leased to hold inventory.  Doug Bates and Darren O’Conor of Henry S. Miller Commerical represented the landlord, and Bonnie Inman of GlobalVest Real Estate represented the tenant.
