Investor Buys 5.05 Acres on Highway 36

HOUSTON, TX - October 23, 2003--Juan Viloa of Richmond, TX bought 5.05 acres at 12219 Highway 36 for investment purposes.  The seller was Robert Leopold of Nada , Texas .  Darren O’Conor of Henry S. Miller Commerical represented the seller.
