DALLAS, TX - October 23, 2003--Structural Contracting, Inc., a construction business, purchased 30 acres of land from Joe Stephan.  The land is located at HW 121 and a railroad in Lewisville .  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
