HOUSTON, TX - October 24, 2003--VG Realty Partners, Ltd., has recently purchased the 38,000 square foot Village Grene Shopping Center property at 14144 Westheimer, Houston.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer.
