Investor Purchases Pioneer Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - November 4, 2003--An investor purchased Pioneer Plaza Shopping Center at 625 Pioneer in Mesquite from John Throneberry.  The center totals 17,700 square feet of retail space and is currently 100% occupied.  Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser.  Tom Smolik of TIG Services represented the seller.
