Dollar Tree Stores Leases 9,000 sf at Arkadelphia Plaza

DALLAS, TX - November 6, 2003 --Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. of Chesapeake, VA leased 9,000 square feet at Malone Drive at State Highway 8 from Arkadelphia Plaza Associates, L.P.  The area will be used to sell general merchandise.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Brian Gehrki of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
