Surya Holdings Purchased 14,874 sf Restaurant Building

DALLAS, TX - November 6, 2003 --American Bank of Texas sold  2.4 acres that included a 14,874 square foot restaurant building to Surya Holdings.  The land and building are located at 14775 Midway Road , and were purchased as an investment.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Century 21 represented the purchaser.
