GRSL LLC Purchased 55,000 sf from NCR

DALLAS, TX - November 17, 2003--GRSL LLC, an investment company, purchased 55,000 square feet from NCR.  The property is located at 3000 Avenue F in Arlington .  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Trey Fricke from NAI represented seller.
