Kwik Industries, Inc. Purchases 53,000 sf Land

DALLAS, TX - November 18, 2003--Kwik Industries, Inc. purchased 53,000 square feet of land from CPR Investments Corporation.  Kwik Industries plans to build a Quick Oil Change and Dry Clean Super Center .  The land is currently the site of a Western Hills Motel which is being torn down.  Muhammed I. Patel of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Tracy Dunhman of Kwik Industries represented the buyer.
