HOUSTON, TX - November 18, 2003--Marquez Brothers Texas, LP (based in Dallas ) leased 16,800 square feet at 8207 North Loop East in Houston .  The landlord is KRM Development Corporation.  Doug Bates, Darren O’Conor and Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Nick Limperos of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord.
