Retail Division Completes Three Leases

DALLAS, TX - December 9, 2003--Raptorkat Signs Graphics and More has leased 2,133 sf at Preston Trail Plaza.  This space will be used for a sign store.  The landlord is Preston Trail Plaza, Ltd.  Dan Shoevlin and Jerry Yoder of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.

Payless Shoe Store has leased 3,000 sf at Clarksville Plaza in Clarksville, Arkansas.  The landlord is Clarksville Plaza Associates, LP.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and the tenant.

Fish on Fire has leased 2,000 sf at Pepper Square Shopping Center for a seafood restaurant.  The landlord is Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and Greg Pierce of Corrigan Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
