DALLAS, TX - December 9, 2003--Half Price Books leased 10,000 square feet at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing in Cedar Hill.  The landlord is Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P.  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  David Lewis of Lincoln Property Company represented the tenant.
