DALLAS, TX - December 30, 2003--Baker International leases 8,032 square feet of space from Coserv Realty Services Corporation.  The space is located at 3501 FM 2181.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Baker International Insurance did not have representation.
