Morteza & Pooran Montezari and JNK Trust Purchase 28.4 Acres

DALLAS, TX - December 30, 2003--Morteza & Pooran Montezari and JNK Trust purchase 28.4 acres of raw land at the northwest corner of Spring Creek Parkway and The Kansas City Southern Railroad in Wylie, Collin County, Texas.  The intended future use of this land is for an industrial park.  The seller was C.T. Beckham.  Tom Grunnah and Jim Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jamal Khoury of United Realtor represented the buyer.
