Regions Bank Leases 1.24 Acres for Bank Branch

DALLAS, TX - December 30, 2003--Regions Bank has leased 1.24 acres of land to build an Arlington retail bank branch.  The landlord is W.I. Cook Foundation.  The property is at the northeast corner of Matlock Road and I-20 in Arlington .  Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Regions Bank.  Craig Johnson of John T. Evans represented the W.I. Cook Foundation.
