Tom Thumb/Randalls Leases 17,000 sf of Land for Fuel Center

DALLAS, TX - December 30, 2003--Tom Thumb/Randalls, based in Houston, has leased 17,000 square feet of land at the southwest corner of Beltline Road and Northgate Road at Towne North Shopping Center.  This land is to be used as a new fuel center concept for Tom Thumb/Randalls.  The landlord is Towne North S/C  Partners, Ltd..  Vaughn Miller and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and landlord.
