DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --The Maytag Store has leased 5,225 square feet of space at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing Shopping Center .  Motherhood Maternity has also leased 1,805 square feet of space at the center.  Located at the southwest corner of Pleasant Run and Highway 67, the landlord is Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P.  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Kelly Hampton of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
