DALLAS, TX - February 22, 2004 -- Dallas Cowboy Merchandising, Ltd. has leased 106,092 square feet from Aquipoatip c/o RREEF Management.  The space is located at 8101 Tristar Drive in Irving and will be used as a location for apparel sales and distribution.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Trey Fricke of NAI Stoneleigh represented the landlord.
