Regions Bank Purchases 1.43 acres

DALLAS, TX - February 22, 2004 --Regions Bank has purchased 1.43 acres from FM Link Properties.  The land is located at FM2499 & Churchill Drive in Flower Mound.  Regions Bank plans to build a bank branch at this location.  Greg Trout and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.  This is part of a large expansion of Regions Bank in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
