Temple Center Square II Purchases Shopping Center

HOUSTON, TX - February 22, 2004 -- Temple Center Square II has purchased Commerce Park North Shopping Center located at 15757 N. Freeway.  The seller was CPN Partners, L.P.  The total square feet for this retail center is an impressive 131,702 square feet total.  Bruce Jester and Johnnie D. Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Amir Moazami of Wes Walters Realty represented the buyer.
