HSM Houston Office Completes Five Leases

HOUSTON, TX - March 11, 2004 -Tracerco, has recently leased 6,437 square feet located at 1100 Hercules, from Aerotech Business Park Limited Partnership.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant, and Scott Enge of The Asset Services Group represented the Landlord.

Dr. Jim Garza. has recently leased 2,864 square feet located at 3700 Buffalo Speedway, from CSFB 1998 –P1 Buffalo Speedway Office Limited Partnership.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant and Moody Rambin Interests represented the Landlord.  

W.M. Jones & Company has recently leased 3,690 square feet located at Bingle and I-10, from West Memorial Park Office Limited Partnership.  Wayne Reyes of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant, and Bill Stone of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Landlord.  

Alpine Mud has recently leased 6,375 square feet from Building 15 Joint Venture, at 1500 North Post Oak at Hempstead Highway .  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.

Silvis Antiques has recently leased 3,249 square feet from VG Realty Partners, Village Green Shopping Center at 14144 Westheimer.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
