Mark Hajdu Completes Two Leases

DALLAS, TX - March 17, 2004--Sleep Experts has leased 4,500 square feet at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing.  The landlord is Weber Development/Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P.  The center is located at the southwest corner of Hwy 67 and Pleasant Run Road .  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Pat Saver of CB Commercial represented the tenant.

Zales Corporation has leased 3,000 square feet at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing for a jewelry store location.  The landlord is Weber Development/Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P.  The center is located at the southwest corner of Hwy 67 and Pleasant Run Road .  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Steve Lieberman of Retail Connnection represented the tenant.
