Neil Felder Purchases 17,000 sf Building for Investment

DALLAS, TX - March 17, 2004--Neil Felder has purchased a 17,000 square foot building from Paul Womack.  The building, located at 2552 Merrell Road , has been purchased as an investment property.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Chris Cawley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
