Albanese Real Estate Investments Purchases 48,549 sf Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - March 1, 2004--Albanese Real Estate Investments has purchased a 48,549 square foot shopping center, West Orange Plaza, located in West Orange, Texas.  The seller was West Orange Shopping Center Associates, L.L.C.  The center is adjacent to a Wal Mart and will be held for investment purposes.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and buyer.
