HSM Houston Completes Two Leases

HOUSTON, TX - March 22, 2004--Dong Ba has recently leased 1300 square feet, at 10815 Beechnut, Beechcrest Green Shopping Center , from Beechnut 18815, Inc.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.

Yogeshwar Enterprise, Inc., dba Deli Deluxe, Inc. has recently leased 2,148 square feet located at 1401 McKinney , from Crescent.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant, and Debbie Wilson of Crescent represented the Landlord.
