Mark Hajdu Completes Three Leases

DALLAS, TX - March 22, 2004 --Subway Sandwich Store (Subway Real Estate Corp.) has leased 1,600 square feet of space from Mansfield Towne Crossing, L.P.  The space is located at 1811 US Highway 287 in Mansfield , Texas in at Mansfield Towne Crossing.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jason Claunch of Mansfield Towne Crossing, L.P. represented the landlord.

Limited Too, a successful retail clothing chain, has leased 4,500 square feet from Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P. at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing.  The center is located at the southwest corner of Pleasant Run and Hwy. 67.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Jack Breand of Limited Too represented the tenant.

Brook Mays Music Company has leased 6,250 square feet of space from Pleasant Run Towne Crossing, L.P. at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing in Cedar Hill.  Brook Mays is a well respected retail music store.  Pleasant Run Towne Crossing is located at the southwest corner of Highway 67 and Pleasant Run.  Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Greg Bracchi of Staubach Co. represented the tenant.
