ZIBA Corporation Leases 5,666 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 22, 2004 --ZIBA Corporation, a restaurant operator, has leased 5,666 square feet of space from Calvin Development Corporation, Inc.  The space is located at Tartan Square Shopping Center (northwest corner of FM 407 and Tartan Trail in Highland Village ) and will be used for a Café Saltari and a CK’s Grill, both concepts of ZIBA Corporation.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
