Nathan Denton Completes Two Leases

DALLAS, TX - March 24, 2004 --New Generation has leased a 16,000 square foot building from West Electrical at 1133 Empire Central in Dallas.  The space will be used as an office and warehouse for New Generation Mechanical which is an HVAC contractor.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jeff Mercer of Robert Lynn Company represented the landlord.

Jump for Fun has leased 3200 square feet of space from The Holt Companies.   The space is located at 2030 Century Center Blvd. in Irving and will be used as a location to rent jumpers for parties.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Newton Hopkins of The Holt Companies represented the landlord.
