HOUSTON, TX - May 10, 2004 --  Harburg and Havard, L.L.C. has recently leased 3,041 square feet located at 2100 West Loop South, from Ashford Loop associates, L.P.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Tenant, PM Realty Group represented the Landlord.

Lake Conroe Pub has recently leased 2,000 square feet from WFBM Western Hills LLP., at Western Hills Plaza , 19380 Highway 105 West, Montgomery , Texas .  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
