David Claassen Investments Purchases 41,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 11, 2004 -- David Claassen Investments has purchased a 41,000 square foot complex to be used for industrial and office space.  The seller was Susco Investments and the address is 4301/4305 Wiley Post in Addison .  This purchase adds to the plethora of investments which David Claassen has recently purchased in the Dallas metroplex area.  Greg Woodring of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
