SRO Investments Purchases 7,280 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 11, 2004 -- SRO Investments has purchased a 7,280 square foot building on 6.4 acres of land from Hertz Corporation.  The address is 2114 Kingsley Road in Garland .  SRO Investments plans to redevelop the building into an Hispanic grocery store.  Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
