102,000 sf Former Target Building Sold

HOUSTON, TX - May 18, 2004 --  Investors, John S. Beeson and Ali Ebrahimi purchased the 102,000 square foot former Target building in Sugarland, at Highway 6 and Settlers Way , from Amerishop Target, LP (DRA Advisors- New York ).    Vaughan Ford, Senior Vice President of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Houston office represented the Seller in the transaction.  The investors outbid 3 other buyers and closed the purchase within 45 days.
