Henry S. Miller Development Purchases 4.38 acres from Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LP

DALLAS, TX - May 20, 2004 -- HSM Development has purchased 4.38 acres from Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LP for the development of a 40,000 sf strip center and a 1.435 acre pad site at the SWC of Wheatland Rd. & I-20 in Dallas. Preleased tenants for the development include Cato, Its Fashions, GNC, Sally Beauty, T-Mobile, Gamestop, Payless Shoes Source and Dollar Deals. Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the sale.
