DALLAS, TX - May 20, 2004 -- Zale Gottlieb of Dallas has purchased 108,000 square feet at 5252 Investment Road in Dallas , Texas .  The reason for the purchase is for redevelopment and investment.  The seller was International Jensen.  David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and seller.
