Bank of America Purchases 62,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2004 -- Bank of America has purchased 62,000 square feet of space for a retail banking location.  The space is located at the southeast quadrant FM 423 & FM 720 in Frisco.  The seller was Oakmont Land Six, L.P.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jeff Kittleson of Trammel Crow Company represented the purchaser.
