Investor Buys 10.56 acres

DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2004 -- Investor, John Karvouniaris has purchased 10.56 acres of land as an investment.  The seller was Michael Self and the location is IH 35 at Shady Shores in Denton .  John St. Clair and Ray Utley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Lane Real Estate represented the purchaser.
