Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division Leases 13,685 sf for New Retail Center

DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2004 -- A prominent national chain, Game Stop, Sally Beauty Supply, Comet Cleaners and Super Cuts have all leased a combined 13,685 square feet of space at Lake Forest Crossing Shopping Center at the corner of Lake Forest Drive and McKinney Ranch Parkway in McKinney, Texas.  Construction for this 30,000 square foot center began in May 2004.  Jerry Yoder and Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Venture Capital, Woodmont and City Venture Group, Inc. worked the tenant leases.
