Investor Purchases Fort Pierce Plaza Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - June 11, 2004 -- A New York investor has purchased the Fort Pierce Plaza Shopping Center, a 27,400 sf located at the corner of Okeechobee Rd. & S. Jenkins Rd. in Ft. Pierce, Florida.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the sale.
