DALLAS, TX - June 15, 2004 - Commercial Interiors, Inc. has leased 4,941 square feet of space from Charter Freeport Partners. The space is located at 8412 Sterling , Suite A-B in Irving .  Commercial Interiors is a general contractor for commercial properties.  The space will be used as a general office and warehouse location.  Commercial Interiors, Inc. will have three months to build out their office space without paying rent.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  David Walters of Fubare Commercial represented the landlord/owner.
