NAFCO Finacial Services, Inc. Purchase 18 Unit Condo/Apartment Complex

DALLAS, TX - June 15, 2004 - NAFCO Financial Services, Inc. has purchased an 18 unit condo/apartment complex at 4520 Holland Avenue in the Oaklawn area of Dallas .  The project was originally named La Escondida and the current owners plan to update/remodel and convert the project to individual condos for sale.  Steven Defterios of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Estela Reynoso represented the buyer.
